Effective Date: July 25, 2024

Ekoz shall receive a percentage of the gross revenue charged to Advertiser User for any ads using the Service:

15% for ads placed through a DSP Partner

25% for ads placed directly by Advertiser Users on the ekoz.ai system (An additional 10% will be added to this fee if ekoz.ai manages the service on behalf of an Advertiser User)
